LODGING *

The Holomovement has reserved 50 sea view rooms at the conference venue, THB Los Molinos (adults only). Your registration fee of covers shared lodging in a double room. EACH PERSON MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY. A private single room will include a $600 surcharge. After the first 50 rooms have been filled by participants, other lodging nearby will be available.

COVID-19 POLICY * (subject to change)

If you – or someone you’ve been in contact with – is experiencing flu-like symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the start of the event, we ask that you withdraw your registration. We will honor a 50% refund for anyone who must cancel for this reason.

You are welcome to wear a mask if you so choose, but masking will not be required.

We recommend you stay informed on any travel restrictions or quarantine guidelines set forth by your country/location of origin and destination.

This policy will apply to any serious health-related issue.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND POLICIES *

Registration will open at 3:00p.m. on Thursday, May 23. The program will begin with a reception on Thursday, May 23 at 6:00pm and close with a breakfast buffet on Monday, May 27.

The Conference Fee includes 4 nights double occupancy, buffet breakfast, 3 dinners, and all activities within the program period. The Fee does not include travel between your home and the event venue or other expenses.

Cancellations: NO REFUNDS will be given within 60 days of the event – unless the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, or you must withdraw your registration due to Covid-19 or other health-related issues (see Covid policy above).

Limits of Liability: While every attempt will be made to keep participants safe and healthy, Fundación por el Futuro, Purpose Earth, the Holomovement and the Source of Synergy Foundation assume no liability for injury, loss, damage, delay or irregularities, which may be caused by any reason or through the act or default of any organization or person engaged in program or otherwise. The aforementioned can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to sickness, weather, natural disasters, or other causes.

The financial liability of Fundación por el Futuro, Purpose Earth, the Holomovement and the Source of Synergy Foundation shall be limited to the amount paid to the Source of Synergy Foundation by a retreat participant.

I understand that private Audio or Video recording is not allowed without advance permission from the Source of Synergy Foundation.

THIS OFFER OF REGISTRATION IS PRIVATE. The 50 sea view rooms reserved will be allotted to participants in the order that they have registered.
