Gerard Senehi, Co-Vice President

As a 22-year founding member and supporter of EnlightenNext www.enlightennext.org, an educational nonprofit foundation helping to evolve the leading edge of consciousness and culture, I’ve been inspired to bring my understanding of evolving our worldviews, values and ways of thinking to different forums. Being on the board of the Source of Synergy Foundation has given me a thrilling opportunity to pursue a vision of evolutionary leaders coming together in both spirit and concrete action, creating the right space for that unity to develop. I envision that leaders in the field of evolutionary spirituality will start to recognize that they are part of a whole and begin to function as a whole, seeing their own work in relationship to each other. We will recognize how our particular area of strength contributes to the whole and relates to what others are contributing. Rigorous inquiry into what’s true and creative friction with one another’s perspectives will be a foundation for a leadership field of collective intelligence. My work as a psychic entertainer www.gerardsenehi.com gives me another outlet to impact ways of thinking, giving me opportunities to challenge fixed ways of thinking and create a space to explore deeper questions. Performing for people in positions of influence has often led to conversations about the circumstances that lead to individual and cultural change. As a former student of Amherst College, I am designing a "Practical Philosophy Project" to engage students in deeper questions about meaning in relationship to the life decisions they face, empowering young people to take responsibility for the future. My passion for supporting synergy among those seeking to be involved in a unified approach to change includes co-founding the Coalition for One Voice, an alliance of New York area leaders, as well as collaborating with others in the world of philanthropy to create a white paper on evolutionary philanthropy for an evolving culture.
